How can I verify the authenticity of my Titleist Certified purchase?

All golf clubs available on Titleist Certified have been assembled by Acushnet Company in Carlsbad, CA, and carry a unique serial number which has been verified for New and Certified Pre-Owned products to ensure authenticity.

What products are sold on Titleist Certified?

Titleist Certified sells New Prior Generation, New in Box, and Certified Pre-Owned Golf Clubs.

Product categories currently available on Titleist Certified are Metals, Irons, Utilities, and Wedges.

New Prior Generation Clubs are new and have never been hit or otherwise used. Prior Generation means a previous version of a current club model.

New in Box Clubs are new and have never been hit or otherwise used. New in Box Clubs are current in line models.

Certified Pre-Owned Clubs either have minimal shop wear or they are used. All Certified Pre-Owned Clubs are authentic Titleist golf clubs, with verified serial numbers, and are sold in Mint, Excellent, or Very Good condition.

What are the grading criteria for Certified Pre-Owned Product?

Mint: Clubs in “Mint Condition” have not been hit. Any wear on these clubs would be from the shop or shipping.

Excellent: Clubs in “Excellent Condition” have seen limited use and will show minimal wear. The golfer should expect to receive a club with light markings on the club face, light scratching on the sole, a clean crown or topline, and no shaft wear.

Very Good: Clubs in “Very Good Condition” have been played with and cared for in an appropriate fashion. The golfer should expect to receive a club with cosmetic wear through age and play that will not affect the performance of the clubs. This may include, without limitation, ball marks on the club face and/or scratching on the sole; but no abnormal crown or shaft wear.

All Titleist Certified Pre-Owned Golf Clubs are listed with a set of images specific to that item (SKU) to ensure that the golfer can accurately assess the condition of each club and purchase with confidence.

Can my order be customized?

New Prior Generation Product cannot be customized as it is sold and shipped as “stock”.

New in Box and Certified Pre-Owned clubs are offered with customization services including loft and lie adjustments, along with re-gripping.

Re-Gripping: In addition to selecting your preferred grip model, you may also add additional wraps, select your installation preference of Logo Up or Logo Down, and install with alignment to your preferred SureFit Hosel setting (when applicable).

Loft and Lie Adjustments: Depending on the type of product (Irons, Utilities, or Wedges) a “Standard” listed spec will allow for a maximum +/- 2 degrees of bending. “Custom” listed spec only allows for bending up to +/- 1 degree. Bending adjustments are offered in 1 degree increments from the current listed spec.

Final loft adjustments cannot exceed 2 degrees strong or 2 degrees weak on Iron Sets and Utility Irons. Also, final loft adjustments cannot exceed 1 degree strong or 1 degree weak on Wedges.

Final lie adjustments cannot exceed 4 degrees upright or 2 degrees flat on Iron Sets and Utility Irons. Also, final lie adjustments cannot exceed 2 degrees upright or 2 degrees flat on Wedges.

Can I trade my clubs in?

Yes, Titleist Certified in partnership with the Golf Blue Book accepts trade-ins on golf clubs. Upon completing your trade-in, you’ll receive a check payment for your clubs. Please visit the Trade-In Page for more FAQs on the trade-in process.

Will eligible clubs include a headcover or adjustment tool?

All Metals (Driver, Fairway, or Hybrid) purchased on Titleist Certified will include a head cover. If you are purchasing a Metal then you will have the option to add one (1) complimentary Titleist SureFit wrench to your cart.

Does my golf club purchase come with a warranty?

Yes, Titleist Certified offers a 12-month limited warranty on all clubs. Please see our Warranty Page for more details on this policy.

When will my order ship?

Most orders will ship by the following business day.

If you purchase New Prior Generation Golf Clubs and New in Box or Certified Pre-Owned Golf Clubs as part of the same order, then you will receive multiple shipments.

How can I track my order once it ships?

You will receive an order confirmation with your order number once the check out process has been completed. Please, use this number in conjunction with your email address on our Order Tracking Page.

What is the return policy?

You may return any item, except for custom or personalized products, within 30 days of receipt of the product for a complete refund of the product price. Additional terms and return shipping fees may apply, please see our Returns Page for full details.

Do you ship internationally?

No, Titleist Certified does not offer international shipping at this time.
